Valentina is the Analyst within the New Business Opportunities team at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), supporting and developing new products and services outside membership. Valentina began at the CBI in 2017 as a Business Developer, supporting Regional Directors, Account Managers and leading the BD team.
She joined the CBI from Urban Vision, where she had played an integral role expanding this Italian start-up in London during its first two years of business.
At the very beginning of her political activity within the Conservative Party, she was a committed campaigner for David Burrowes, former MP of Enfield Southgate, during the 2015 General Election. Straight after helping to secure David’s seat in Parliament, she supported Fiona Bruce MP’s successful cross-party campaign against the Assisted Dying Bill in the House of Commons.
Between 2015 and 2017 she was treasurer for the Enfield Southgate Conservative Future and in 2016 she became a committee member for the Italian Conservative Association.
Valentina has a BA in Political Science, International Relations and Human Rights from the University of Padua and an MA in Management from Regent’s University, together with a CMI Extended Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management.
